All of it suggests that in such conditions the activities of a research worker often do not fit into the usual 40-hour work schedule. Therein it is necessary to reform the system of working hours of scientists, its optimization in order to achieve the efficiency of its use. It seems appropriate in the normative documents of the subordinate level regulating the working hours of science workers to provide for the right of the employer to establish the most rational combination of laboratory/office work and remote work using electronic communication systems for the scientific organization
