Abstract
This paper analyzes the work of the project "e-government" of the Republic of Kazakhstan, also for the improvement of e-government portal "eGov" work in the carried research on formalization of the business processes of e-government of Kazakhstan on the basis of modeling notations of modeling business processes BPMN 2.0, that are aimed to: improve the quality of e-government activities by offering recommendations on systems management for business processes, reduce time and personnel for analysis and decision-making, ensuring efficiency in interaction between the IT-professionals and civil servants on the basis of development models.
