In addition, content analysis of the data obtained in the research was carried out. According to the research results; We see that around forty thousand teachers are trained through distance education institutions established under the Ministry of National Education. From the point of view of teacher training, it is possible to say that the system is blocked due to the problems experienced in the functioning of the system, such as the inability to create the desired quality at the level of the students in proportion to the quality of education, the insufficient conditions for education, the lecture notes and exams are not delivered to the students or they are delivered late.
