The research used the quantitative approach with the survey method. To analyze the effects of exogenous variables on the endogenous variables, the path analysis was used. As for respondents, samples of 66 employees were taken. The result of the research indicated that (1) compensation hada positive direct influence on the performance of the employees, (2) organizational climate had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employees, (3) work commitment had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employee, (4) compensation had a positive direct influence on work commitment, and (5) organizational climate had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employees.
