This research is a cross-sectional survey model aimed at determining the management skills level of school administrators according to parents’ opinions. The sample of the study consists of 511 parents of students. In this study, “Management Skills Scale” was used. The measurement tool used in the study was applied by the researcher to 511 parents in the city center of Ankara in November 2019 in the 2019-2020 academic year, and the data were collected. As a result of the research, it was seen that the management skills of school administrators were at the level of agree according to the parents’ opinions. In addition, when the management skills of school administrators were examined according to parents’ opinions on the basis of dimensions, it was seen that they were at the I agree level in the dimensions of human relations and communication, parent and student support, teacher support, guidance and organization development. As a result of the research, the level of management skills of school administrators did not show a significant difference according to the variables of parents’ gender, age, educational status and occupational sector.
