Study on the Influence of Solar Array Damage on Satellite Power System

Abstract

The solar array output model under arbitrary damage condition is established and a semi-physical simulation platform is built, which are used to study the influence of solar array damage on satellite power system. The experimental results show that the solar array damage range, damage degree, and satellite working mode influence the remaining service life of satellite power system. When the solar array damage range and satellite working mode are determined, the rule between remaining service life of satellite power system and solar array damage degree can be summarized as “three areas, two key points”.
