To achieve these goals، we used the de-scriptive survey method، and the question-naire was used as a tool to achieve the study goals. The study community consisted of officials at the quality departments at Majmaah University during the period (1441 AH - 1442 AH). The results demonstrated that study sam-ple’s agreement came to an (agree) level on the degree of influence of organizational culture in achieving competitive advantage through total quality، organizational expec-tations and organizational norms.
