Abstract

Background and Aims: Studies evidenced no wound healing risks related with EGFR blockade but it is unknown whether antiepidermal growth factor receptor therapy poses an additional risk for the wound healing process in aged patients. The objective was to evaluate the effect of EGF block in the wound healing of aged mice.
