Abstract

In order to overcome the subjectivity and high-intensity work of ATC instructors in evaluating air-traffic controllers in the ATC simulator training, a method of applying rule-based expert system to ATC simulator evaluation system is proposed. According to the requirements of ATC simulator training and evaluation, the system function of the evaluation system is analyzed. Based on the rule-based expert system theory, the architecture of the ATC simulator evaluation system, the evaluation indexes algorithm, the editing of the rule knowledge base, and the reasoning engine of the evaluation system are designed, so that the ATC simulator evaluation system can realize automatic, objective, fair and efficient evaluation according to the established rules in the training, and has been successfully applied in the ATC simulator.
基于规则的专家系统在航管模拟器评估系统中的应用
针对空管模拟器训练中空管教官评估空管人员主观性强、工作强度大的问题,提出了一种将基于规则的专家系统应用于空管模拟器评估系统的方法。根据航管模拟器培训与评估的要求,分析了评估系统的系统功能。基于基于规则的专家系统理论,设计了空管模拟器评估系统的体系结构、评估指标算法、规则知识库的编辑和评估系统的推理引擎,使空管模拟器评估系统能够在训练中按照建立的规则实现自动、客观、公正、高效的评估,并已成功应用于空管模拟器。
