Abstract

The health of higher education has aroused growing attention worldwide. We use different indicators to evaluate the health of higher education. During this process, we propose a vision and measure the higher education systems of the two selected countries. Through the analysis of the health of the national higher education system, we can help countries find suitable methods to improve the health of higher education in order to achieve their development goals. First, We have established a set of indicators to evaluate the health of the national higher education system. We have established the AHP-FCE model to analyze the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Canada, China and Japan.
