Abstract

In order to improve the reliability and accuracy in using ultrasonic flaw detector, this paper designed a system for detecting the flaw detector performance parameters of the transmitter, to achieve the testing and calibration of parameters for detector output characteristics of the transmitter. 基于vc++的超声无损检测信号测量与处理系统
为了提高超声波探伤仪使用的可靠性和准确性,本文设计了一套探伤仪变送器性能参数检测系统,实现了对探伤仪变送器输出特性参数的检测和标定。系统的核心是工控机,利用采集卡PCI-5124采集探测器发射器的输出信号。本文基于vc++设计了探测器变送器的输出参数接口,较好地实现了采集卡驱动程序的设计和具有多种参数的检测算法的设计。校准结果表明:系统较好地完成了脉冲峰值、脉冲上升时间和持续时间、脉冲重复频率、中心频率和带宽、变送器等效输出阻抗等参数的测试和校准。
