Results prove that the frequency spectrum characteristics, normalization cumulative power energy and power energy spectrum density are relationship with the HEMP waveform parameter. It is possible to be helpful to the HEMP coupling research and the HEMP protection techniques research. Furthermore, the result can be used to expand HEMP generator application in the civil system by changing HEMP waveform parameters.
