On the Issue of a Comprehensive Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Using Airship Systems As a Means of Rescuing Space Crews.

Abstract

This paper presents approaches to selecting criteria and conducting a com-prehensive evaluation of the comparative effectiveness of using manned innovative dirigibles in the search and rescue system for space crews in various climatic and geographical zones. The evaluation can be carried out for existing and prospective means that provide the ground, sea and aviation components of nominal and emergency search and evacuation of crews of new-generation manned transport spacecraft in the conditions of the Vostochny cosmodrome, which are characterized by special natural and geographical parameters.
