It also identifies how Community Responsibility of NGOs differs, in facing health crises, geographically (rural-urban). The study was applied to (107) board members of NGOs and activity officials. Results have found that NGOs performed the three dimensions of their responsibility (social, economic, and environmental) highly in order to deal with health problems that face the community. The results also indicated that there were no significant statistical differences between urban and rural NGOs in the average of facing health crises.
