The research sample consisted of 5 entrepreneurs of the karah cake home industry in Kaway XVI District, West Aceh Regency. The method of analysis in this study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of non-financial analysis include technical, human resources, environmental, legal, market and economic and social aspects, and financial analysis proves that the net present value (NPV) is positive, the value of Internal Rate of Return (IRR) > discount factor (14%), PBP > 1, the value of BEP production and BEP price < the amount of cake karah production and the price of cake karah and the value of Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) > 1 business, it concludes that the home industry of karah cake in Kaway XVI District, West Aceh Regency is feasible to be developed. These findings can be used as a reference for formulating policies and strengthening the home industry of karah cakes as an indigenous culinary heritage. kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Abstract
The purpose of this study was to test the non-financial and financial feasibility of the kala cake home industry in Kawai XVI District, West Aceh Province.
