Abstract

The article presents an urban planning analysis of the territory of the Republic of Abkhazia, including an analysis of climate, relief, historical and cultural heritage, existing functional zoning for the purpose of rational use of the territory; The analysis of the existing purpose for the future will improve the layout of buildings and structures, taking into account the ecological and landscape condition of the territory, the quality of transport infrastructure, compositional and visual perception of the territory
