This symposium was attended by 100 postgraduate students, postdoctoral researchers and early career academics from across the University of Warwick. Seven workshops throughout the two days covered current sources of funding, testimony on building a successful research career, developing an excellent academic track record, engaging with non-academic audiences, and advice on writing successful proposals. Abstract
