Building Information Modelling (BIM) Adoption of Construction Project Management Based on Hubei Jingzhou Bus Terminal Case

Abstract

Urban public infrastructure project plays an important role in national economy development. This paper presents a better way to optimize industrial project management using building information modeling (BIM), which is highly applied for large-scale city infrastructure in advanced country market nowadays. In this paper, Hubei Jingzhou Bus Terminal project will be implemented with BIM that aims to cost reduction and quality improvement.
