Method: Scope of Research in the period between January 2018-July 2019 published ads lecturer at state and private universities in Turkey were examined. Results: According to the data obtained, 114 advertisements and requested 230 faculty members were reached. In only 40.8% (n: 49) of the posted assistant professor staff, the condition of doing a doctorate in the field of health management exists alone. While it is seen that most of the postings with non-field conditions are in the positions of assistant professor, only 35.9% (n: 14) of the posts in professor announcements show the field of health management as a doctoral requirement alone. In Associate Professor announcements, more than half of the 71 staff did not specify the field of doctorate, while only 38.0% (n: 27) of the health management field was accepted as the primary.
