Abstract

In this paper, the temperature rise in the user's head due to different mobile phone models is computed for a realistic usage pattern, where the Pennes Bioheat Equation is solved using a conformal Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD)-based electromagnetic solver, SEMCAD X.
