Cloud service is a new kind of network service based on cloud computing platform. In the face of dynamic and diverse user demands, it is not only concerned to the quality of service (QoS), but also the search efficiency. First, this paper presents the model of cloud service selection based on QoS. Second, we propose the chaos quantum immune algorithm to address the problem so as to avoid the drawbacks in terms of selection inefficiency, algorithm instability and heavy time overhead. It can utilize the characteristics of quantum bit encoding and the quantum rotation gate to optimize the calculation of service selection. The results obtained in this research include the proposed method shows performance benefits compared with classic solutions by simulation experiment. Abstract
