An Empirical Study on Satisfaction Level of Villagers about CSR Initiative of BHEL, Bhopal with Special Reference to Under Educated India Programme

Abstract

The purpose is to assess the CSR initiatives and actions to yardstick its impact under the help of BHEL, and a spot analysis so as to attain these objectives, data was collected using questionnaire from the beneficiaries in the BHEL?s adopted Villages. This report includes impact analysis and gap analysis of infrastructure project category, which has six projects out of which following three were considered for penning this research paper; school building, school wall compound and classroom construction.
