The methodology involves interdisciplinary research, with epistemological orientation in critical theory, bringing together theory and praxis in the articulation of Constitutional Law, Economics and Environmental Labor Law, with the techniques of document analysis and bibliographic review, in view of the analysis of the possibility of adoption of a labor environmental insurance. Abstract
