The research is justified by the fact that the classic model of responsibility has become insufficient to ensure comprehensive repair to the work environment, since companies often do not have adequate economic capacity, which has generated high liabilities labor. It is important to think about alternative ways to ensure the fundamental right to an ecologically balanced work environment. It is necessary to visit the principles a of environmental, social and ESG governance responsibility, which, applied to the scope of labor relations, represent a paradigm shift in already consolidated labor models. The methodology involves interdisciplinary research, with epistemological orientation in critical theory, bringing together theory and praxis in the articulation of Constitutional Law, Economics and Environmental Labor Law, with the techniques of document analysis and bibliographic review, in view of the analysis of the possibility of adoption of a labor environmental insurance.
