Abstract

This paper investigates the effects of load and operating temperature variation on fuel cell voltage, current, hydrogen consumption and efficiency using a generic PEMFC of 1.26kW capacity. Based on the obtained results, it is clear that the efficiency of the generic PEMFC is highest at a constant operating temperature i.e. 101.86°.
