So that appropriate technology is needed in order to solve the problem. The ESP8266 is a micro controller with minimum power consumption. The ESP8266 also has wireless tools which can be integrated with internet networks. Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical country with high rainfall intensity and prone to flooding. In Indonesia the flood disaster has become one of the highest natural disasters in each year.
