This study aims to study the policy of well- all- over (T.Q.M) in business organizations.
So as to apply this culture we should precede it by an evaluation to spot out the differences between this policy and the organizations elements: This study is very important because: 1.
It joins the applying of this policy and its employment in serving customers.

We should apply this policy because of the in and out the counry competition.
