Develop a telecommunication service system using service-oriented architecture

Abstract

In this paper, we present the function of a telecommunication service system and its traditional architecture. Combining a telecommunication service system as developmental requirement of TOM, we present a prototype system using a service-oriented architecture. We also give a business model of this telecommunication service system
