Abstract

Abstract This article presents a technique to help reluctant adults parent their own children. It assumes transgenerational issues between adults and their parents inhibit them from assuming an appropriate parental stance with their own children. Adults can alter this pattern by exploring their relationship with their parents and making specific changes in how they act toward their own children.
