Detail analysis of the circuits in term of sensitivity, power consumption and delay has been made for a better understanding of their performances. Abstract

A comparative study of a voltage mode sense amplifier (VMSA) using different techniques to understand their performance and applicability has been presented in this paper. The circuits to be studied are VMSA using a coupling capacitor and body biasing along with the conventional circuit.
