Two solar PV arrays and a BES are connected in parallel to the point of common coupling (PCC). The parallel voltage source converters (VSCs) are controlled in current/power-sharing mode. The VSC connected to BES is controlled to feed constant power to the grid in GI mode, whereas it operates as a grid forming inverter, supporting the PCC voltage in SA mode. The VSCs connected to PVs are always operated in current controlled mode. A complex coefficient complex variable filter-based frequency locked loop (CCCVF-FLL) is used to estimate the active fundamental weight of load currents.
