Then, the selection behavior of different user groups is estimated based on MNL rule. Moreover, the package evaluation model is established with the objective function of maximizing the benefit of power service provider. Abstract

At present, with the acceleration of energy transformation and the deepening of power market reform, power service presents new development trends in China.
