Innovative RFID Solution for Tracking and Control

Abstract

We are presenting in this paper the adoption of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology as a major enabler for business process reengineering. Methods and apparatus of our solution illustrated the redesign of four processes then the solution implemented accordingly is detailing the redesigned processes. We demonstrated the drastic improvements in time and accuracy of the processes that completely revamped the operational mode of our study case company.
