Abstract

In the teaching-learning process by competencies a problem is the evaluation made to the student that is not very fair, based on a criterion or a scale of likert. In university-level courses it is considered to develop Formative Research at a basic level, to increase knowledge, achieve the competencies, skills and results of the student.
