The 2h flexural strength and 2h compressive strength of the material obtained with the optimum formula reached 7 MPa and 24 Mpa respectively. Abstract

In order to solve the problem of the long repair time of bridge expansion joints that may result in long road closure periods and reduced vehicle traffic efficiency, a rapid-curing cement-based mortar material was prepared in this paper on the basis of special cement material through the adjustment of formulation and mineral admixture. 桥梁伸缩缝快速修补材料的制备研究
为解决桥梁伸缩缝修补时间长导致道路封闭周期长、车辆通行效率降低的问题,本文在特种水泥材料的基础上,通过配方和矿物外加剂的调整,制备了一种快速养护水泥基砂浆材料。通过研究得出的最佳砂浆配合比为:水灰比为1:1.1,减水剂为0.2%,硅灰、矿粉、粉煤灰与水泥的配比分别为6%、2%、2%。采用最优配方得到的材料2h抗折强度和2h抗压强度分别达到7 MPa和24 MPa。具有良好的流动性和凝结时间性能,长期强度无明显下降,是桥梁伸缩缝理想的快速修复材料。
