Abstract

Customer satisfaction theory, as a scientific and systematic theory, has been widely used in the nonprofit organization by the industry with more and more attention.The evaluation of teaching satisfaction in Colleges and universities is of great significance to the improvement of teaching quality. On the premise of studying the student satisfaction index system of teaching quality, this paper proposes a teaching quality evaluation model based on the theory of customer satisfaction. The empirical research results show that the model can accurately reflect students' satisfaction with teaching quality.
高校教学满意度评价模型研究
顾客满意理论作为一种科学的、系统的理论,在非营利组织中得到了广泛的应用,越来越受到业界的重视。高校教学满意度评价对提高教学质量具有重要意义。本文在研究学生满意度教学质量指标体系的前提下,提出了基于顾客满意理论的教学质量评价模型。实证研究结果表明,该模型能较准确地反映学生对教学质量的满意度。
