The company records customer and package information in the master list, which consumes a lot of time searching the data while claiming the parcel. Also, the customer does not receive a notification when the parcel or package has arrived at the destination branch. Moreover, the customer's data is not protected, which is alarming today. This study analyzes potential user perceptions of the developed courier management system with Quick Response (QR) Code, Text Blast, and Descriptive Analytics Integration. The study utilized the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and deployed a questionnaire to the 61 respondents. The study used statistics tools to determine the construct reliability of the model.
