Abstract

Active filters based on memristor and memcapacitor (AFMM) including low-pass, high-pass, bandpass, and band-stop filter, are studied in this paper. By replacing resistor and capacitor with memristor and memcapacitor, the novel AFMMs are designed. Then transfer function, cut-off frequency, and Bode plot are demonstrated. Experiment results show that amplitude frequency and phase-frequency responses change over time.
