Abstract

To elicit the differential diagnosis between retinoblastoma and ocular larva migrans, we have realized an immunological diagnosis detecting antibodies in the endoocular fluids, using gel precipitations methods (electrosyneresis, Ouchterlony, immunoelectrophoresis) with the antigens Excretions-Secretions of T. canis and T. cati larvae.
