Abstract
With the proposal of Made in China 2025, the structure of the product is transformed from the original solid structure into economic durable type, thin-wall, shell type structure application is more and more widely, because of the structural characteristics of thin-wall parts, thin-wall parts in the process of processing, especially in the welding deformation is very large. This paper describes the design idea, the selection of technical parameters, the overall mechanical structure design process of the intelligent ring type internal support fixture to prevent deformation in the welding process of thin wall parts, and the force analysis of the internal support fixture, and the design of its control system. This kind of internal fixture is a kind of intelligent fixture with high efficiency and wide application range, which is mainly used for positioning and clamping thin-wall parts to prevent deformation during welding.
