On the basis of the index system of review and interview, questionnaire survey was conducted in four representative vocational colleges in China, 108 valid questionnaires were collected, and then validity test was conducted on the data. The results showed that KMO of each dimension was above 0.75, Cronbach's Alpha of the overall scale was 0.821. This verifies the reliability and stability of the questionnaire. Finally, through exploratory factor analysis, the paper classifies, explains and revises the original evaluation index system, and puts forward a new evaluation index system of vocational college students' entrepreneurial ability.
