Finally, through exploratory factor analysis, the paper classifies, explains and revises the original evaluation index system, and puts forward a new evaluation index system of vocational college students' entrepreneurial ability. Abstract

高职院校创业能力评价指标体系设计研究
本文在已有研究的基础上,通过对5名具有3年以上创业经验的企业家和5名具有5年以上创业指导经验的学者进行访谈,构建了包含30个评价因子的高职大学生创业能力评价指标体系。在评价访谈指标体系的基础上,对全国有代表性的四所高职院校进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷108份,并对数据进行效度检验。结果表明,各维度的KMO均在0.75以上,总体量表的Cronbach’s Alpha值为0.821。验证了问卷的可靠性和稳定性。最后,通过探索性因子分析,对原有的评价指标体系进行分类、解释和修正,提出了新的高职学生创业能力评价指标体系。新构建的高职学生创业能力评价指标体系包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标和25个三级指标,可从创业潜力、创业技能和创业能力三个维度对高职学生的创业能力进行评价。
