Research on the Technical Characteristics of Karate Team in Henan Province

Abstract

: With the formation trend of the global global village and the advent of the era of “Internet” and “media integration”, because of the particularity, characteristics, humanity and other characteristics of karate, as well as the fact that karate meets the fitness needs of people all over the world and the needs of people for attack and self-defense, karate has also successfully applied for the Olympic Games, It has stimulated the enthusiasm of people all over the world for Karate practice and research. Using the methods of literature, expert interview and investigation, this paper takes the technical characteristics of male and female athletes of Henan karate team as the research object. The study found that Henan karate team showed different orders of magnitude in boxing technology, leg technology and throwing technology, and different genders showed certain differences and differences in technical characteristics.
