Abstract

The rapid development of wind power has brought tremendous impact on the power grid. Therefore it is of great significance to study the influence of wind power on the voltage stability of power system for the guidance of wind power integration. This paper introduces the theoretical model of Doubly-Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) including wind turbine model, doubly-fed wind turbine model and its control model. And a complete model of DFIG on PSCAD is set up.
