Abstract

On the basis of the research and analysis of measuring principle of the gear accumulate pitch, it was concluded: spacing-tooth relative method was applied for the large gear whose diameter was over 2.5m, to measure its accumulate pitch error so that measuring error was reduced, its measuring precision was improved. For the characteristics of gear's inertia in measuring process, on-machine measuring instrument of gear's total accumulative pitch error on large hobbing machine was designed. 大型齿轮累积节距误差的测量原理与技术
