Consulting: Facilitating School Change.

Abstract

A large number of remedies and possible solutions are available to cure or modify the current predicament. The purpose of this article is to present a specific set of procedures and functions for one individual: the elementary school pupil personnel worker or consultant. With this new strategy, the consultant can become involved in this imperative restructuring.
