The analysis of demographic data of the sample was tested by frequency analysis, and the relationship between the dependent and independent variables was tested by correlation analysis. Principal component analysis was used in determining the factorial structure of variables, confirmatory factor analysis was performed to determine the model fit, and the casual relationship between satisfaction from the supervisor and task performance was determined by regression analysis with AMOS. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that the satisfaction of the employees with the supervisor has a significant positive effect on their task performance. Abstract
