Influence of Heterogeneity of Top Management Team on Corporate Social Responsibility Performance: Data Analysis Based on Stata

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study the influence of TMT heterogeneity on corporate social responsibility performance (csp) of listed companies under the institutional background of China. In this paper, the data of listed companies are collected and analyzed by citespace, Python and stata. The results show that the heterogeneity of top management team's age and social capital have a significant positive impact on corporate social responsibility performance, while the heterogeneity of education level has a negative impact on corporate social responsibility performance. At the same time, the regulatory role of government intervention only plays a role between the heterogeneity of top management team's age and social responsibility performance. This paper helps us to understand the influence of TMT heterogeneity on social responsibility performance csp in the local environment.
