An important factor in the process of staffing the municipal service is the motivation of municipal employees, in the materials of the study noted motivation tools used in the Administration of the Ministry of defense of the village of Pangody. As a result of the study, we assess the financial situation of municipal employees of the administration of the Ministry of defense of pangoda.
