State, problems and perspective of satellite systems use for air traffic control in civil aviation

Abstract

The concept of technical design is given for air traffic management (ATM) in the Russian Federation (RF) on the basis of space and satellite technology. A stage by stage implementation procedure is suggested along with plans of its integration into the global aeronavigation structure.
