Abstract

Smart city models are being promoted worldwide. In particular, modernizing the lighting system, saving electricity and operating costs are the issues that need to be solved in a smart city. In this study, we have designed an intelligent lighting system that operates automatically based on calculated human traffic, applying IoT technology and using ESP8266 as the main microcontroller.
