Abstract

Most of the researches on optimal service selection are based on the assumption that the capabilities of the services fully meet the requirements. Their limitation is the ignorance of the resources which is the basic factor supporting the implementation of services and it may cause a waste of resources. In cloud computing environment which benefits from its large-scale, there are a large number of resources. Therefore, the waste of resources in it would be a big problem.
